Khun mameaw at the front desk provided very nice service. She made my birthday special. i received thoughtful birthday amenities. a tall waiter at the restaurant welcomed me warmly. Every meal felt inviting. the amazing team. the breakfast was great. The pool was pretty amazing as well!
upon arrival, i was asked to pay a 2,000 baht deposit. i had not seen this mentioned anywhere in advance. the staff insisted quite strongly. eventually, the deposit was waived when the minibar was removed.

The hotel location is very convenient for visiting malls and other tourist attraction places. It is near central mall and siam paragon. the hotel has a wonderful ambience. It offers easy access to shopping and dining options.

The rooms were clean. Room service was good. the concierge team service was good. the gym offers decent workout options. the pool area had comfortable loungers and provided a relaxing atmosphere.

The lobby was loud. It had background music. There was also music by the pool. It was hard to have a phone call. The room windows do not open and I couldn't get fresh air. The air conditioner made a noise.

The room lacked a full-length mirror. There was only one in the bathroom. the air conditioning was quite loud, and i could not open the windows.

I found the noise level to be an issue. It was hard to relax. The windows did not open and the air conditioning was quite loud. This made getting fresh air difficult. I also noticed that some services felt overpriced, especially the breakfast.

the ventilation had a slight damp smell sometimes, so i needed to air out the room.
