very nice service thoughtful amenities warm welcome amazing team
Khun mameaw at the front desk provided very nice service. She made my birthday special. i received thoughtful birthday amenities. a tall waiter at the restaurant welcomed me warmly. Every meal felt inviting. the amazing team. the breakfast was great. The pool was pretty amazing as well!
upon arrival, i was asked to pay a 2,000 baht deposit. i had not seen this mentioned anywhere in advance. the staff insisted quite strongly. eventually, the deposit was waived when the minibar was removed.

The hotel location is very convenient for visiting malls and other tourist attraction places. It is near central mall and siam paragon. the hotel has a wonderful ambience. It offers easy access to shopping and dining options.

The rooms were clean. Room service was good. the concierge team service was good. the gym offers decent workout options. the pool area had comfortable loungers and provided a relaxing atmosphere.

The lobby was loud. It had background music. There was also music by the pool. It was hard to have a phone call. The room windows do not open and I couldn't get fresh air. The air conditioner made a noise.

the breakfast had a good selection (i especially enjoyed the fresh fruit). the skytrain station was conveniently located nearby.
The room lacked a full-length mirror. There was only one in the bathroom. the air conditioning was quite loud, and i could not open the windows.

the room was tidy. the location is convenient, with easy access to the brt by walking. there are diverse restaurants nearby. sam at reception provided professional service. the hotel bar offered refreshing mocktails. the swimming pool has a nice design.

Acceptable but Not Really good
loud air conditioning overpriced services
I found the noise level to be an issue. It was hard to relax. The windows did not open and the air conditioning was quite loud. This made getting fresh air difficult. I also noticed that some services felt overpriced, especially the breakfast.

smiling staff happy guest great experience return visit
staff smiled and waved a lot. mah at front desk made sure i was fine and happy too. he helped me a ton. i will come back for sure.
the ventilation had a slight damp smell sometimes, so i needed to air out the room.

breakfast had a right mixture of western, asian, thai and specialty dishes. the egg station made all types of eggs, like onsen and chinese tea eggs, and noodles were available too.
